I am passionate about exercise and good nutrition and how together they enhance our physical and mental wellbeing. So much so that I decided to change career to do what I love as a full-time job, first qualifying a Fitness Instructor and then a Personal Trainer.

I have gone from doing a walk to run programme to running marathons, from never picking up a dumbbell to regular strength training and from having zero core stability following childbirth to full recovery and core strength, and I can help you to achieve the same.
