CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19): INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
I am taking a few additional precautionary measures in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation which I wanted to update you on in line with the current advice from Public Health England (PHE). I run a pretty tight ship when it comes to hygiene and keeping equipment sanitised but this will now become a lot more visible to you.
I will be increasing the level of cleaning and sanitisation of the equipment that you use during your session so all equipment is fully sanitised between clients – please do not be offended when you see me doing this.
I will be asking all clients to wash their hands at the beginning of the session (hand sanitiser will be provided for those clients that have their sessions in my gym) before touching equipment – again please do not be offended when I ask you to do this. For mobile clients I will do the same before entering your home.
If you have symptoms of a new continuous cough and/or high temperature the PHE advice is to stay at home for 7 days. In this instance please cancel your session, you will not be charged and sessions will be carried over until you are fit and well to resume training again.
Similarly, if I or anyone in my family develop symptoms I will be cancelling sessions until there is no longer a threat of spreading the virus.
My priority at the moment is looking a setting up a remote coaching option for those clients who are fit and well but may be required to self-isolate (potentially those clients over 70). I am currently looking into options so will provide further detail to those affected.
